Veteran writer and reporter Daniel Schorr, whose hard line coverage for CBS got him on former U.S. president Richard Nixon's infamous "enemies list" in the 1970s, has died. He was 93.
Schorr died Friday at a Washington hospital after a succinct sickness, said Anna Christopher, a orator for National Public Radio, where Schorr constant to work as a senior news psychoanalyst and critic.
Schorr's vocation of extra than six decades spanned the range of journalism — beginning in print, then touching to television where he spent 23 years with CBS News and ending with NPR. He also wrote several books, including his memoir, Staying Tuned: A Life in reporting.
